When you’re pregnant, fitness is the last thing you want to consider. You’re constantly tired, your body is sore, and your feet have decided that maybe they don’t need to fit in sneakers after all. As upsetting as it is, exercise is actually pretty important in this phase. Not only does it give you energy, but it also builds flexibility and stamina that will come in handy once delivery starts. One of the best things you can do is join an exercise class that will connect you with a community to motivate you from class to class. If you’ve been looking for a way to stay active throughout pregnancy, let me tell you about my favorite spaces for prenatal fitness in Philadelphia.
