The Salt Box is a must-visit for all the serious foodies around Bucks County. The ice cream shop started in 1999 as a bakery in Philly. Their goal was to create a cafe-style shop where you could come in and try out their signature flavors. Eventually, they decided to pair the salty with the sweet, resulting in some of the best ice cream around. At the Doylestown Shop, you can pair their regular pretzels with ice cream flavors like Salted Caramel, Devils Chocolate, Brown Butter Almond, and Salty Pecan Bourbon. This cafe also offers sweet pretzels as well as breakfast sammies served on their pretzel buns!
