Having my newborn clients come back for their first year portrait session is one of my favorite things. I love getting to see how big they grew since I last saw them when they were just days old. It’s incredible how much a baby grows during their first year of life. In such a short time, so much change and so many milestones take place. From their first smile to their first solid food to crawling and even sometimes walking. It always amazes me how much a baby learns during that first year!
One year old birthday photo shoots are always fun and sometimes a workout (especially if baby is walking already)! This handsome guy did amazing for his session. We got so many great portraits of him documenting his first year milestone. Mom added on a cake smash session which I finally got to use more gorgeous antique high chair and I love how it turned out.
