When I first began my photography journey, I knew one thing. I knew my main area of interest to photograph was babies, mainly newborns. After having my oldest daughter, I recognized how quickly the newborn phase really was. It may not feel so fast during those sleepless nights, but before you know it they are crawling, then walking, then all of a sudden they turn 7! It’s crazy how quickly it goes. This is why documenting the precious newborn stage is so important and why I love it so much. You blink and they grow. Photographs give you a chance to freeze that moment in time and create it into a piece of art that you can treasure forever.
Baby J was such a sweet baby to photograph. I photographed his older sisters too for their newborn sessions!! He is one loved little boy! Here are some images from his newborn session. I love the simple, organic look of his session!
