If you aren’t new around here, you may have heard me say plenty of times that one of my favorite ages (not just to photograph but in general) is 6 months.
As a baby photographer in Philadelphia, I always get so excited when I receive an inquiry for this type of session. I LOVE this stage. They are usually happy as can be and just so lovable. It’s when their personality starts to emerge and each day they are learning something new. If I could freeze one age, it would be this time frame. As much as I loved having newborns of my own and all the baby snuggles that come with it, I could do without the part of the sleepless nights. For this reason, 6 months wins over the two!
This beautiful Mama reached out to me as she had regretted not doing a newborn session. She wanted to get portraits of her daughter at the 6 month mark. She really wanted a Mommy & me type session and to include both her girls. I was all for that! It makes me so happy that this sweet mama now has these images of her and her daughters. I know they will be cherished and looked back on for many years to come. Her girls were absolutely adorable and such a pleasure to photograph!
