I met this beautiful family almost 4 year ago at their son’s newborn session. Since then, I have photographed their family multiple times (maternity, baby, birthday, family, ect.) and they are alway such a pleasure to work with. I LOVE being able to document these most precious times for them. It truly means so much to me when families continue to choose me time after time. It’s such an honor to travel on the journey with them.
During a family photo session, my goal is to capture the connections of your family. While we all love a good image of everyone smiling and looking at the camera, the candid ones are just as important. Whether it be Dad tickling your little guy or Mom sneaking in a kiss to her baby, these are the fleeting moments that years from now you will really want to hold on to. Capturing those connections, is truly like freezing a moment of time. You can hear the laugh and feel the joy. This is why photographs are so important. As a mom, I know the feeling as we watch our babies grow right before our eyes. To be able to create art from these beautiful moments so we can hold them close to our hearts is one of the many reasons why I love this job so much!
